Golden Tumeric Milk is a very simple and effective recipe against cramps, restlessness, back- and neck pains, migraines, stiffness and sleeplessness, flu symptoms of various kinds, skin problems, rheumatic arthritis, nervous conditions and liver diseases, but also against blunt trauma injuries resulting from accidents.
These are the ingredients:
1 Table Spoon Tumeric Paste
Few Drops of High Quality Cold Pressed Oil – for example hemp oil, sesame oil or blackseed oil
Honey, Maple Sirup
Soja-, Rice-, Almond- Coconut- or Cow-Milk
Mix about 4-5 table spoons of tumeric into water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes while stiring it. It needs to become a smooth paste. You can keep the paste in a container in the fridge for about 10 days.
Warm up some milk, add 1 table spoon of tumeric paste, honey or maple sirups and finally a few drops of some good quality cold pressed oil.
